ElevenReady is a free, ad-supported analytics platform for Buckinghamshire 11+ grammar school data. We take your privacy seriously and collect as little data as possible. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

No personal data. ElevenReady does not require accounts, logins, or registration. We do not collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, or any personally identifiable information.

Postcode searches. When you use the postcode search feature, the postcode you enter is sent directly to the postcodes.io API to convert it to map coordinates. This request goes from your browser to postcodes.io. We do not intercept, store, or log the postcodes you search.

We use Vercel Analytics to understand general usage patterns such as which pages are visited and page load performance. Vercel Analytics is privacy-focused, does not use cookies, and does not track individual users across sessions or sites. All data is aggregated and anonymous.

ElevenReady itself does not set any cookies. No tracking cookies, no session cookies, no consent banners needed. If advertisements are introduced in the future, ad providers may set their own cookies, which will be disclosed at that time.

ElevenReady may display advertisements to support the free service. When advertisements are introduced, ad providers may use their own cookies and tracking technologies. We will update this policy accordingly and clearly label any advertisements or sponsored content.

All school data displayed on ElevenReady comes from official public sources:

• DfE (Department for Education) school performance tables
• GIAS (Get Information About Schools) register
• Ofsted inspection reports
• Buckinghamshire Council allocation profiles

ElevenReady does not collect any data from or about children. The site is designed for parents and guardians researching school admissions information.

ElevenReady displays school-level academic performance, admissions, catchment, and establishment information from official public sources.

Vercel— Hosting and analytics. Subject to Vercel's privacy policy.

postcodes.io — Postcode-to-coordinate lookups. Open source, operated by Ideal Postcodes. Requests go directly from your browser.

Carto / OpenStreetMap — Map tiles. Subject to their respective privacy policies.

As ElevenReady does not collect personal data from users, the data protection obligations under UK GDPR relating to user data do not apply. We do not process personal data as defined under the UK General Data Protection Regulation.

The school performance data we display is public sector information published by government bodies and licensed for reuse under the Open Government Licence v3.0, except where otherwise stated.

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you believe any data displayed on ElevenReady is inaccurate or if you have concerns about the data presented, please contact us at hello@educationprints.com and we will investigate promptly.

ElevenReady does not store any user data. The school performance data displayed on the site is retained for as long as the site is operational and is updated when new official publications become available.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
